GiftingCo runs a corporate-gifting catalogue for approved business buyers. This policy explains what information we collect, why, and what you can ask us to do with it.

Information we collect

• Account details you give when requesting access: name, business email, mobile number, company name, GSTIN (optional) and the account type you ask for.
• Enquiries: the products, quantities, options and messages you send us, and the contact details on each enquiry.
• Your location, only with your permission: when you allow it in your browser, we read your device's current position each time you open the site and keep the latest one (not a history of your movements), with the address it corresponds to. You can instead type an address, or decline.
• Sign-in records: when you sign in, your browser type and IP address, kept to protect your account.
• Questions to the gifting assistant, which are processed to find matching products.

We do not take payments on this site and never ask for card or bank details.

How we use it

• To review and approve your account and show the prices that apply to it.
• To respond to your enquiries and prepare quotations.
• To plan delivery of gifting orders and understand where our buyers are. Your location is visible only to our administrators.
• To keep the site secure, including limiting repeated sign-in attempts.

We do not sell your information or use it for third-party advertising.

Who processes it for us

• Vercel — hosts the website.
• Neon — stores the database, in Singapore.
• Google Drive — stores product photos and database backups.
• Anthropic — processes questions typed into the gifting assistant.
• OpenStreetMap (Nominatim) — converts shared coordinates into an address.

These providers handle data only to run the service for us. Your data may be processed outside India by them.

Google account access

The site's administrators connect a Google Drive account to store product photos and backups. That connection can only see files the site itself created. We never access buyers' Google accounts.

How long we keep it

Account and enquiry records are kept while your account is active and for as long as needed for our business and legal records. Database backups are kept for 30 days.

Your choices

You can ask us to correct your details, or to close your account and delete your personal information, except where we must keep records by law. Contact us using the details below.
